Beyond the Green Zone: one-morning class

Saturday, Jan 19, 2019, 10:30 AM—12:30 PM

This class is a great "sprint" of a class for new DSLR owners who want to understand what the information in their camera's viewfinder means! Though we only meet for two hours, all attendees will learn a lot and be more willing to explore what their cameras are capable of. Concepts covered will be ISO, shutter speed, aperture, and lens types. This class is NOT brand-specific - just make sure you come with your camera, a memory card, and a charged camera battery!

Beyond the Green Zone: two-night class

Thursdays, Jan 24, 2019 and Jan 31, 2019, 6:30 PM—8:30 PM

This basic photo-concepts class is ideal for new DSLR owners. It will cover "ground level" concepts of photography - ISO, shutter speed, aperture, types of lenses, and other topics. It is taught by long-time adult-educator, Troy Freund (teaching basic photography classes for over 20 years!). This class is NOT brand-specific - just make sure you come with your camera, a memory card, and a charged camera battery!
